1. This website contains general information related to SYSTEMATIX NATURE SRL and regarding the products offered by SYSTEMATIX NATURE. We regularly update the information available on this website. Notwithstanding such updates, SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall not be held liable for any inaccurate, altered or outdated information presented on this website. To avoid any doubt regarding the accuracy and currency of the information provided online, we recommend you to contact SYSTEMATIX NATURE via e-mail.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use of such trademarks is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of provisions set forth by the law.

No information or part of this website, material or product purchased on this website shall be modified and/or reproduced, fully or partially, stored or transmitted to a third party, without the written consent of SYSTEMATIX NATURE.

By filling the online forms, you agree and approve any processing by SYSTEMATIX NATURE of your personal data as transmitted to SYSTEMATIX NATURE. This means you authorize SYSTEMATIX NATURE to use such data for statistic and marketing purposes, as well as for correspondence in relation to any products or services, marketing campaigns or any other such actions performed by SYSTEMATIX NATURE or by its partners. At your explicit, written request, transmitted by mail to SYSTEMATIX NATURE at its headquarters, as mentioned in the preamble of this document, or by email at office@panseea.ro, SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall rectify, update, delete or anonymize any personal data of the petitioner, gratuitously, in accordance to provisions set forth in Law no. 677/2001 on persons’ protection regarding procession of personal data and free movement of such personal data.
8. Visitors, other than legal persons, which buy products online, using our website, www.panseea.ro enjoy all legal rights set forth by the legislation regarding consumers’ protection when concluding online agreements. Therefore, consumers have the right of withdrawal from such agreements, within 14 days starting the day the products bought using www.panseea.ro were delivered, only for those products that have not been unsealed after delivery. For exercising the withdrawal right, the consumer must address a written notice, no later than 14 days from delivery of the products, to SYSTEMATIX NATURE, either by e-mail, from the address registered to your account and used to place the order on www.panseea.ro, either by registered mail, to SYSTEMATIX NATURE address specified in the preamble of this document. The withdrawal request must be explicit and unequivocal, must contain the reference number of the order, the name of the products ordered, or any element deemed necessary in order to allow SYSTEMATIX NATURE to identify the agreement for which the withdrawal right is exercised.
9. Within 14 days starting the date such withdrawal notification was submitted, the consumer has the obligation to return to SYSTEMATIX NATURE all the products bought online, in the same condition they were delivered to the consumer. All costs associated with such returning of products will be borne entirely by the consumer. In case a withdrawal request is legally submitted, SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall return all costs to the consumer, in same the manner these amounts were paid by the consumer at the acquisition of the products. SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall not return any additional delivery costs incurred by the consumer, in case the latter chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery provided by SYSTEMATIX NATURE via Urgent Cargus courier.
10. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from agreements regarding products that are sealed and were unsealed by the consumer upon delivery. We hereby remind you that all PANSEEA products have a seal that irreparably deteriorates when the product is opened. Once a product is opened, it cannot be returned by exercising the withdrawal right set forth by the legislation regarding consumers’ protection when concluding online agreements.
11. Purchasing online products via www.panseea.ro requires filling an order form, by submitting personal data (such as address, name, email and phone number). SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall not disclose your personal data to any third party, except in those cases when they are required by a courier to make a delivery. SYSTEMATIX NATURE shall not be liable for any situation generated by providing false data or erroneous delivery addresses.
Terms and conditions for online payments by card.
12. Online payments made using a credit or debit card are processed by our partner NETOPIA. Transfer security is guaranteed through 3D Secure trading environment. By using this type of payment, as well as for processing online payments, it is necessary to provide data and information to our partner. Details of the payment, including the name of the cardholder, will be shared with us by NETOPIA and we will process this type of personal data exclusively to confirm your orders placed on our website. 13. This document is governed by the Romanian law. The rights of the persons visiting SYSTEMATIX NATURE website are not limited by the provision set forth above but are replenished by any relevant legal provisions.
